OPTION 1 - Full Rental Management
A full end to end hassle free service to landlords - Includes:
Expert qualified agent, market pricing consult, full marketing exposure, stringent tenant screening, lease and all paperwork handling, ingoing and outgoing inspections, all rent and tenant cost collections, levy payments and payments to landlord monthly, tenant management, repairs and maintenance, renewals and new tenant placements if required.
OPTION 2 - Simple Property Letting
Includes: Expert qualified agent along with head office will assess your property and provide a profitable market related rental, full exposure marketing on all platforms, stringent tenant screening, lease and all paperwork handling, collection of deposit, first month rent and any other tenant costs, ingoing inspection, and ensure a smooth move in process. After which you as the landlord, will take on the tenant relationship and rent collections.

QUALIFIED TENANTS
Experienced team of agents conduct background and credit checks, using TPN, to ensure that prospective tenants are reliable and financially stable. Tenant applications are stringently checked again by Head Office to ensure the prospective tenant is a good fit.
THE PAPERWORK
Our team handles all paperwork including a water-tight lease agreement, debit order requisition and ingoing/outgoing* inspections, ensuring that all parties are safe-guarded during the process, tenant relationships are well managed, and renewals are processed.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
A DEDICATED relationship manager is assigned to each landlord, providing a personalised and holistic approach to each portfolio. Financial transparency is a key focus, building trusted relationships, to ensure that the property is being managed in the most effective and responsible way.
RENT COLLECTION
We invoice the tenant and handle the rent collection, and any other tenant costs. Timely collection is of utmost importance, ensuring late fees are properly assessed and collected. Landlords are paid monthly, Levy payments can be made on behalf of the landlord direct to the Body Corporate.
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
We ensure landlords benefit from a network of locally and competitively sourced contractors, We take care of maintenance and repairs on the owner's behalf, saving time and money. All work required is quoted on and approved by the owner prior to completion. Body Corporate related issues are dealt with directly with the BC on behalf of the owner for complexes also managed by Renprop*.
STATEMENTS & REPORTING
Landlords will be sent monthly statements disclosing all credits and debits related to each property. Our systems have bank-grade security and integrate directly with the banks, so you know that your rental finances are secure..
